Data collected
This site creates no user account. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: last name, first name, email address, enquiry subject and message. Approximate country and operating system, inferred from your connection, are attached for context. This information is sent by email and recorded in a database hosted in the European Union, in order to keep track of incoming enquiries. When you buy in the store, your email address and payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which processes the transaction: no card data passes through this site. A feedback form is also available on the site: it collects a rating, your feedback, an optional private comment, plus your first name and, if you fill them in, your company, the project concerned and your email address. At the end of a project, this form may be sent to you through a personal link that already carries this information, so you do not have to type it.
Purpose
To answer your enquiry and follow up on any business discussion that may result. For a store purchase: to deliver the product, provide support and inform you about updates. No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. For client feedback: to improve my work, and to publish your testimonial on the site if and only if you ticked the permission box. Your email address is never published, and neither is the private comment.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received.
Recipients and processors
Vercel Inc. — site hosting and audience measurement.
Lemon Squeezy LLC — payment, invoicing and delivery of store products.
Resend — delivery of contact form emails.
Supabase — storage of requests sent through the contact form, on servers located in the European Union.
Cloudflare (Turnstile) — form spam protection.
Google Analytics — traffic statistics.
Retention period
Enquiries sent through the form are kept for three years from the last contact, both in the mailbox and in the database mentioned above, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time, without waiting for that period to end. Feedback is kept for as long as it is displayed on the site, and removed on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Simply write to contact@tibzdesign.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic. Google Analytics places cookies on your device; you can block them through your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
